Gum Guar (E412)

Hydrocolloid from the milling of guar seeds, a tree typical of India and Pakistan, but also grown in China and Usa from july to december.

It is available in flakes and powder with different viscosity: 3500-5000 cps/ 200 mesh.


In food as a thickener and binder of free water, in bakery and dairy products, ice cream, dressings and sauces, beverages, cosmetics and for pet food.
