Hydrocolloid obtained by separating and grinding seed from Tara tree (Caesalpinia spinosa), a leguminous tree native to South America (Peru, Bolivia) and Africa.


As stabilizer, thickener, emulsifier, gelling agent, capsular and as a retention agent in ice creams, desserts, health and fruit preparation category; in pharma, cosmetic and animal feed industries.
